摘　　要：互联网经济下,基于全球价值链(GVC)的分工被基于全球价值网络(GVN)的分工所替代。这一方面打破了企业产权一体化的资源组织形式,另一方面也改变了企业价值创造过程的行为机制。功能模块化、联盟价值创造、市场机制与行政机制的有机融合、虚拟经营等成了全球价值网络下企业行为的突出特征。通过考察互联网经济下的企业实践,本文发现由生产者、购买者驱动的GVC型价值创造过程已经被由平台企业驱动的GVN型价值创造过程所取代。因为平台企业具有强大的信息优势和多边市场整合的效率优势,以及由此带来的规模经济和范围经济优势,使得这种企业逐渐发展成一个庞大的产业。In the era of cyber economy, the GVC-based division of labor has been superseded by the GVN-based division of labor. This breaks down the integration of property rights on the one hand, and changes the mechanism of firm operation on the other. Under the GVN, firm is characterized by modularization, allied value creation, organic fusion of market mechanism and administrative mechanism, virtual operation, etc. Through a deep investigation into the firm practice in the cyber economy, this paper finds that the course of value creation driven by producer or buyer has been superseded by allied value creation driven by platform firms. Platform firms are possessed of powerful information advantages and the efficiency advantages out of multilateral market integration as well as the consequent advantages of economy of scale and economy of scope.
