摘 要:哺乳动物离体心脏主动脉逆行灌流法(Langendorff法),至今仍然是心血管研究领域中的一项重要技术方法,其内容也逐渐扩展到与心血管系统关联的转基因小鼠模型上。Langendorff法有恒压与恒流两种基本的灌流方式。两种方式各有优缺点和应用范围,实验装置也有所不同。近年来出现的新型仪器技术与设备装置,通过对蠕动泵的精确的反馈控制,将恒压与恒流灌流方式结合起来,并可适时进行转换和动态监测。采用新的仪器技术,只要严格控制实验条件,可大大提高实验效率,使离体心脏灌流法在研究和教学领域得到进一步的发展。Langendorff method is still an method, which is cardiac aortic retrograd method is also gradually applied to dorff method has two basic ways of important technology in the field of cardiovascular research e perfusion method in mammals isolated heart.
