摘　　要：精品课程建设是一项系统工程,建设精品课程的目的是提高教学质量和学生综合能力。药物生物化学是本校的校级精品课程,是生物制药专业和应用化学专业的核心课程。课程建设水平的高低与人才培养的质量高低息息相关。为适应现代高等教育的发展要求,更好地培养学生的动手能力、分析和解决问题的能力,课题组从师资队伍、教学方法和手段、教材建设和建立完善的学生考核评价体系四个方面对药物生物化学精品课程进行探索和实践,为培养高层次人才进行探索。Qualified course construction is a systematic project, the purpose is to improve teaching quality and students comprehensive abilities. Medicinal biochemistry is the school curriculum system, is the core course of pharmaceutical engineering and applied chemistry specialty. The course construction level and the quality of personnel training is closely linked. In order to adapt to the development of modern higher education, to cultivate students practical ability, ability to analyzing and solving problems. Research group from the ranks of teachers, teaching methods and means, teaching material construction and the establishment and perfection of the student evaluation system four aspects to the pharmaceutical chemistry course of exploration and practice, for the training of high-level personnel to explore.
