摘　　要：目的评价右美托咪定静脉泵注治疗对癌痛患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的改善。方法选择口服美施康定镇痛癌痛患者60例,夜间静脉缓慢泵注负荷剂量Dex 0.5μg/kg后,以（0.2~0.7）μg/（kg·h）持续泵注5~7 h,一周为一个疗程。记录治疗开始前后癌痛患者焦虑和抑郁自评量表分值、日均爆发痛例数、癌痛患者及其家属总体满意度。结果 Dex静脉泵注治疗明显改善癌痛患者焦虑、抑郁情绪（P〈0.05）,癌痛患者日均爆发痛例数明显减少[20.0%（12/60）比36.7%（22/60）,χ2=4.1040,P=0.0428],治疗后癌痛患者及其家属总体满意度明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论Dex静脉泵注治疗可以改善癌痛患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。Objective To evaluate the improvemet of intravenous dexmedetomidine （Dex） therapy in cancer pain pa- tients＇psychology with anxiety and depression. Methods Sixty cancer pain patients who were administrated with mor- phine sulfate contin tablets were enrolled,at nighttime,a loading dose of 0.5 μg/kg Dex was slowly injected,followed by the maintenance infusion of （0.2-0.7） μg/（kg＇h） Dex for 5-7 h,one week for a course of treatment. Patients was as- sessed with self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale before and after treatment, during the procedure, seizure frequency of breakthrough pain was observed,we also compared satisfaction of the parents and accompanying relatives. Results The degree of anxiety and depression of patients significantly decreased after treatment （P〈0.05）, the same as the seizure frequency of breakthrough pain [20.0% （12/60）vs 36.7%（22/60）, Xz=4.1040,P=0.0428], what＇s more parents and accompanying relatives＇ satisfaction score stepped up significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion This study indicates that intravenous Dex therapy can improved cancer pain patients＇psychology with anxiety and depression.
