摘　　要：护理管理工作在医院的正常运转和护理事业的发展中具有重要作用,而且有效的护理管理能够明显增强医院在医疗市场中的核心竞争力。护士承担着医疗提供者和医疗协调者的双重任务,而且护理工作贯穿于患者整个诊治过程中,所以,加强对护理工作队伍的建设和提高对于提高护理管理水平具有积极意义。本文主要从现代护理管理对护理工作人员的基本要求和更高要求两方面进行论述,为临床护理管理工作提供一定的理论基础。In the normal operation of the hospital nursing management and nursing play an important role in the development of the career, and effective nursing management can significantly enhance the core competitiveness of hospitals in the medical market.Nurse took the double tasks of medical providers and medical coordinator, and nursing work throughout the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of patients, so to strengthen the construction of nursing team and improve can play a positive role in improving the nursing management level.This article mainly from the basic requirement of modern nursing management of nursing staff and higher requirements, provide certain theoretical basis for clinical nursing management.
