中西医结合治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:通过探讨中西医结合治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效,旨在为提高患者生活质量并延长生命提供理论依据。方法:选择2012年1月-2013年1月在本院接受治疗的结直肠癌患者112例,随机平均分成研究组和对照组两组,每组各56例患者,对照组给予患者单纯西药化疗治疗,研究组患者在西药化疗的基础上结合中药治疗,对比两组患者近期有效率、复发转移率、不良反应率、疾病进展时间、疼痛评分及生活质量评分。结果:研究组患者近期有效率为80.36%、复发转移率为17.86%、不良反应率为21.43%、疾病进展时间为(12.84±1.03)个月、疼痛评分为(3.41±1.01)分、生活质量评分为(144.51±3.59)分,研究组均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗结直肠癌可以提高治疗近期有效率和患者生活质量、延长患者生命。Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of colorectal cancer,and to provide the theory basis for improving the quality life of patients and prolong life.Method：112 patients with colorectal cancer were selected in our hospital for treatment from January 2012 to January 2013,and randomly divided into study group and the control group on average in the two groups, each group of 56 patients.The control group patients were given western medicine chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with simple, the study group patients with traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on Western medicine chemotherapy,two groups of patients with recent effective rate, recurrence rate, adverse reaction rate, time to progression, quality of life score and pain score were compared.Result：In study group the effective rate was 80.36%, recurrence and metastasis rate was 17.86%, the rate of adverse reaction was 21.43%, for the time of disease progression were（12.84±1.03） months, pain scores were （3.41±1.01）, quality of life scores were （144.51±3.59）, the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of colorectal cancer can improve efficiency in recent years and patients’ life quality, prolong patients life.
