由一例护理差错分析护理风险管理教育的重要性

摘　　要：护理安全关系到患者的生命及疾病的预后，护理风险贯彻于整个护理活动中。临床实习是护生走上护士岗位的必经之路，而实习期间护理差错平均有40％～50％与护生有关，对护生进行护理风险管理教育极为重要。由一例护生差错来分析实习期间护生出现差错的主要原因，期望在校期间通过对护生进行护理风险管理的理论知识、医院核心查对制度、护理服务与沟通知识、实际案例分析与总结等风险管理内容的教育，以提高护生的护理风险防范意识，从自身因素减少护理差错的发生。The safety of nursing care is related to patients’lives and prognosis, nursing risk runs through the implementation of entire nursing activities. Nursing students in clinical practice is the only way that they embark on nursing jobs, an average of 40% ~ 50% nursing errors during the internship is caused by nursing students, therefore, nursing risk management education is extremely important. This paper analyzing major reasons for one nursing error during nursing students’clinical practice, expected the nursing risk management education to nursing students before internship in terms of theoretical knowledge, hospital core checking system, nursing services, communication knowledge, practical case studies and educational content to improve nursing students’awareness toward nursing risk and to reduce the incidence of nursing errors from their own factors.
