摘　　要：白塞氏病属中医学"狐惑病"范畴,其发生是在脾胃亏虚的基础上,水湿停滞,易生湿浊,湿浊蕴结于内,日久化生湿毒之邪而致。脾胃亏虚、湿毒内蕴为其基本病机,祛湿解毒应贯穿其治疗始终。In traditional chinese medicine,Behcet's disease was considered as ' Fox- puzzle syndrome '. The author believes that the occurrence of this disease is in the basis of the spleen and stomach deficiency,retention of water- damp,Prone to create dampness,turbid damp accumulation within,and from the damp toxin with time passed. The spleen and stomach deficiency,Damp toxin connotation are the basic pathogenesis of Behcet's disease,dampness- dispeling and toxin- resolving should be run through the treatment of Behcet's disease.
