摘 要:知识转移作为知识管理活动的关键环节之一一,其转移效果良好与否直接关系着知识管理活动能否顺利进行行,而个体间知识转移作为转移层次中的核心部分分,对于群体和组织有着不可替代的作用。本文以个体为切入点,通过分析影响个体间知识转移效果的关键因素,建立影响其转移效果因素的解释结构模型(ISM),从中挖掘出影响个体间知识转移效果的表层、中间层和深层因素及各因素的作用层级关系,使个体在今后的实践中可以有重点、分层次地提升知识转移效果,并最终为个体在激烈的知识竞争中占据优势提供一定的理论借鉴。Knowledge transfer is one of the key links of knowledge management activities, and its transfer effectiveness is directly related to whether the knowledge management activity can be proceeded successfully or not. And knowledge transfer between individuals is the core part of transfer level, so it plays an irreplaceable role in groups and organizations. This paper takes individuals as the breakthrough point, analyzes the key influencing faetors of knowledge transfer effectiveness between individuals, and establishes an interpretive structural model (ISM) about its transfer effectiveness. It finds out the superficial factors, the middle factors and the deep factors from the model, which have an impact on knowledge transfer effectiveness between individuals. At the same time, it figures out the hierarchical relationship among the various factors so that individuals can have the focuses and levels to improving knowledge transfer effectiveness in practice from now on. At last, it also provides some theoretical references for individuals to gain superiority in the fierce competitions of knowledge.
