摘　　要：文章主要探讨如何运用PDCA管理工具不断完善医院行政总值班制度,创新总值班管理办法,进而提高行政总值班质量,进一步确保正常的医院诊疗秩序和和谐的就医环境。This article mainly discussed how to use the PDCA management tools to continuously improve the general-on-duty system in hospital and to innovate the methods of general-on-duty management, so as to improve the quality of general-on-duty and to further ensure normal diagnosis order and harmonious medical environment in hospital.
