摘 要:目的探讨COX-2、nm23和C-erb B-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法及荧光免疫杂交法检测正常乳腺、乳腺良性疾病和乳腺癌组织中COX-2、nm23及C-erb B-2的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中COX-2和C-erb B-2的表达明显高于正常乳腺组织及乳腺良性疾病组织,nm23的表达低于正常乳腺组织及乳腺良性疾病组织(P<0.05)。COX-2和C-erb B-2的表达与乳腺癌患者TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);nm23表达与乳腺癌患者TNM分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中,COX-2与C-erb B-2表达呈显著正相关(r=0.78,P<0.05),nm23与COX-2、C-erb B-2表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.87、-0.93,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中COX-2和C-erb B-2的高表达、nm23的低表达与乳腺癌的疾病进展关系密切,三者联合检测有利于乳腺癌的生物学行为和预后判断。Objective To explore the expressions of COX-2,nm23 and C-erbB-2 in the breast cancer tissues and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method and fluorescence hybridization assay were used to detect the expressions of COX-2,nm23 and C-erbB-2 in the normal breast tissues,breast benign disease tissues and breast cancer tissues. Results The expressions of COX-2 and C-erbB-2 in the breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in the normal breast tissues and the benign breast disease tissues(P〈0. 05);while the expression of nm23 in the breast cancer tissues was lower than those in the normal breast tissues and the benign breast disease tissues(P〈0. 05). The expressions of COX-2 and C-erbB-2 in the breast cancer were positively correlated with TNM stage and lymphnode metastasis(P〈0. 05);while the expression of nm23 in the breast cancer was negatively correlated with TNM stage,histological grade and lymphnode metastasis(P〈0. 05). There was significantly positive correlation between the expressions of COX-2 and C-erbB-2 in the breast cancer tissues( r =0. 78,P〈0. 05);while the expression of nm23 was negativly correlated with the expressions of COX-2 and C-erbB-2(r= -0. 87,-0. 93;P〈0. 05). Conclusion The high expressions of COX-2 and C-erbB-2 and the low ex-pression of nm23 in the breast cancer tissues are closely related with the progression of breast cancer,the combined detection of these three markers couldindicate the biological behaviour and prognosis of breast cancer.
