摘　　要：目的检测非小细胞肺癌组织中高迁移率蛋白(High Mobility Group protein A2,HMGA2)和Raf激酶抑制蛋白(Raf Kinase Inhibitor Protein,RKIP)的表达以及两者与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测138例非小细胞肺癌及对应癌旁正常肺组织中HMGA2和RKIP蛋白的表达情况。结果 HMGA2在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为59.42%(82/138),高于癌旁正常肺组织29.71%(49/138),差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.938,P<0.05);而RKIP在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为28.99%(40/138),低于癌旁正常肺组织66.67%(92/138),差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.874,P<0.05)。两者的表达水平均与肺癌的分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及术后生存时间有明显相关;RKIP蛋白的表达与HMGA2蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-5.670,P<0.05)。结论 RKIP的低表达与HMGA2高表达是肺癌的侵袭转移的重要的生物学指标。Objective To detect the expression of HMGA2 and RKIP in NSCLC, and the relationship with the clinicopathologic characteristics. Methods We detected the expressions of HMGA2 and RKIP in tumor tissues and adjacent normal lung tissues from 138 cases with NSCLC by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive staining rate of HMGA2 in tumor tissues was higher than that in normal lung tissues, which were 59.42% （82/138） and 29.71% （49/138）, respectively, and the difference between them was significant （Х^2=28.938, P〈0.05）. But the positive staining rate of RKIP in tumor tissues was lower than that in normal lung tissues, which were 28.99% （40/138） and 66.67% （92/138）, respectively, and the difference was significant （Х^2=17.874, P〈0.05）. The expression levels of RKIP and HMGA2 had obvious correlations with different differentiation degrees of tumor, TNM stages, the lymph node metastasis and the postoperative survival time （P〈0.05）, respectively. There was a negative correlation between the expressions of RKIP and HMGA （r=-5.670, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The low-level expression of RKIP and high-level expression of HMGA2 are important biological markers to invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
