护理本科生问题解决能力与临床实践行为表现关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨护理本科生问题解决能力与临床实践行为表现的关系。方法采用问卷调查法在吉林省5所三级甲等医院实习的186名护理本科生进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析和多元逐步回归分析,分析问题解决能力和临床实践行为表现的相关性。结果护生问题解决能力中的理性问题解决、正性问题定向、负性问题定向、回避风格、冲动/疏忽风格得分分别为（11.91±8.12）分、（12.25±8.29）分、（10.17±7.07）分、（10.95±7.91）分、（7.40±5.26）分,临床实践行为表现总评为（156.28±17.10）分;护理本科生的问题解决能力与其临床实践行为表现的总评及各维度（除科研维度）的相关系数为0.237-0.468（P〈0.01）;护生问题解决能力解释其临床实践行为表现的总变异度为20.7%,P〈0.001,其差异有统计学意义。结论护理本科生问题解决能力和临床实践行为表现呈正相关,问题解决能力是影响临床实践行为表现的重要因素,要提高学生的护理临床实践能力很重要的一个因素是实践教学改革中注重培养学生的解决问题的能力。Objective To investigate the relationship between the problem solving abilities and clinical practice performances among undergraduate nursing students. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate 186 undergraduate nursing students who were studying in the five tertiary level hospitals of Jilin province. Results The scores of rational problem solving, positive problem orientation, negative problem orientation, avoidance style and impulsivity/carelessness style were 11.91 ±8.12, 12.25 ±8.29, 10.17± 7.07, 10.95 ± 7.91 and 7.40 ± 5.26, respectively. The total score of self-rating scale was 156.28 ± 17.10. Correlation coefficient between the social problem solving and clinical practice performances dimensions （except scientific research） was 0.237-0.468 （P〈0.01）. The step-wise linear regression analysis revealed that the problem solving could explain 20.7% variance of their clinical practice performances （P〈0.001）. Conclusion There was a positive correlation between the problem solving skills and clinical practice performances. The problem solving ability is the most imporant part of the clinical practice performances. It is important to pay attention to cultivate the social problem solving ability in the practice of education innovation for improving the clinical competenccs of students.
