摘 要:网络营销随着博客的迅速发展出现了新的发展情况。各大企业大幅度提高了对博客营销的关注度,并加大了博客营销的应用力度,企业博客也得到消费者很高的关注度。博客营销具有较强的互动性,有利于树立和维护企业品牌,提高企业竞争力。然而,博客营销在企业的应用中也存在着诸多问题,如应用经验不足、博客缺乏实质内容、绩效考核系统不完善等问题。针对以上问题,应制定博客营销规划,培养博客专业人才,建立博客营销考评制度和应对负面评价的处理机制。Internet marketing has been motivated again with the rapid development of blogs. Big enterpriseshave raised their attention to blog marketing by a large margin, and applied blog marketing much more than before.The blogs of enterprises also have got much attention from customers. Blog marketing can realize immediate interac-tion, and help to set up and maintain enterprise' s brand, so as to improve the competition of the enterprises. Butsome problems also exist in the application of blog marketing in businesses, such as : lack of experience in using it,lack of essential messages in blogs, imperfect performance appraisal system etc. So in order to solve these problems,we should make the plan for blog marketing, cultivate talents in blog major, set up appraisal system for blog market-ing, and set up the handling mechanism with negative evaluation.
