复用医疗器械在消毒供应室集中管理中的核心意义探究和分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复用医院器械在消毒供应室集中管理中的核心意义。方法记录2013年(传统分散管理)、2014年(集中管理)我院手术室复用医疗器械ATP检测结果、因手术器械所致院内感染发生率。结果 2014年我院手术室复用医疗器械ATP检测结果低于2013年;2014年因手术器械所致院内感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室进行统一清洗、消毒、灭菌能够获得更为满意的清洗消毒灭菌效果,提高了水术和患者的安全。Objective To analyze the core significances of cleaning reusing medical equipments in disinfecting supply division. Methods The ATP detection results of reusing medical equipments in our operating room in 2013（traditional dispersion management）and in 2014（central management）and the occurrence rate of infection caused by operation equipments were recorded. Results The ATP detection result of reusing medical equipments in our operating room in 2014 was lower than that in 2013, the occurrence rate of infection caused by operation equipments in 2014 was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The unified cleaning, disinfection and sterilization in disinfecting supply room can achieve better effects, which can improve the safety of operations and patients.
