摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理解决传染病护理中伦理冲突的效果。方法收集100例传染病患者,分为两组,各50例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用人性化护理,比较伦理冲突发生率。结果对照组患者伦理冲突发生率高于观察组患者。结论人性化护理能够降低传染病护理过程中的伦理冲突发生率。Objective To investigate the humane care and treatment of infectious diseases to resolve ethical conflicts in effect. Methods Col ected 100 cases of patients with infectious diseases,divided into two groups,each of 50 cases. The control group using conventional care,humane care was used in the observation group,comparing the incidence of ethical conflicts. Results The rate of ethical conflict in the control group was significantly higher than the observation group. Conclusion Humane care and treatment wil reduce the incidence rate of ethical conflicts significantly in the process of nursing for infectious diseases.
