神经胶质瘤术后三维适形放射治疗技术及效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨神经胶质瘤术后三维适形放射治疗技术的方法及效果，并对其进行进一步的分析。方法选取我院于2012年11月～2014年12月收治的31例行神经胶质瘤术后的患者，在其术后施以三维适形放射治疗，观察患者在三维适形反射治疗的后的临床效果。结果通过对31例患者三维适形放射治疗，对其进行随访发现，在WHO分级中，Ⅰ级患者1年的无瘤生存率为100％，Ⅱ级患者1年的无瘤生存率为88.9％，Ⅲ级患者1年的无瘤生存率为68.8％，Ⅳ级患者1年的无瘤生存率为75％。结论通过研究发现，对神经胶质瘤术后的患者施以三维适形放射治疗，对其肿瘤的局部控制比较高，且1年内的生存率较好。Objective Explore method and efifcacy of postoperative glioma three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy technique and conduct a further analysis.Methods Seleeted 31 routine postoperative patients with glioma from November 2012 to December 2014 and next give three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, and observe the clinical effect.Results After treatment with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in 31 cases of patients, the results of follow-up showed that in the WHO classification, disease-free survival rate of one year forⅠ level patients was 100%, disease-free survival rate of one year forⅡ levelpatients was 88.9%, disease-free survival rate of one year e for patients was 68.8%, and disease-free survival rate of one year forⅣ level patients was 75%.Conclusion According to the research, the local control of tumor is higher, and 1 year survival rate is better with the treat of postoperative glioma by three-dimensional conformal radio therapy for patients.
