多次性根管与一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨多次性与一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析90例慢性根尖周炎患者分别给予一次性和多次性根管治疗的临床资料。结果两组治疗成功率无显著差异,观察组疼痛缓解时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗疗程短,疼痛轻。Objective To explore clinical curative effect of the multiple root canal and root canal treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis.MethodsRetrospective analysis clinical data of 90 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis patients were given once or more times of root canal therapy.ResultsThe success rate of treatment in the two groups had no significant difference, the observation group pain relief time less than the control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Disposable root canal treatment period is short and light pain.
