美国临床与转化科学中心的转化医学教育培训研究

摘　　要：转化医学在世界各国得到了快速发展,美国成立了62家临床与转化科学中心,通过转化医学研究来改善人类健康。各临床与转化科学中心重视研究者和研究团队的训练,提供不同层次的培训计划和各类课程,满足不同层次人员的职业发展要求,重视负责任的研究行为的培训。文章通过对美国临床与转化科学中心教育培训的研究,总结其共性与特色,为国内的转化医学教育提供借鉴。Translational medicine is developing fast over the world. Currently, 62 clinical and translational science institutions are set up in USA to speed the translation of research into improved human health. Each clinical and translational science institution think highly of education and training of researchers and research teams and provide different levels of training programs and all kinds of courses to meet the requirement of career development of multi-levels personnel, and they also attach e great importance to Responsible Conduct of Research （RCR）. The article summarized the commonness and characteristics of education and training of 62 clinical and translational science institutions in USA to provide reference for translational education in our country.
