摘　　要：为研究经肝动脉化疗栓塞术 (TACE)对肝细胞癌细胞增殖和细胞凋亡的影响 ,分别采用免疫组织化学方法和 TUNEL方法检测 6 5例肝细胞癌患者术后存档石蜡切片组织中增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)与细胞凋亡的表达情况 ,并比较二者检测结果在术前行与未行 TACE两组间有无差异。结果显示 ,术前行 TACE组 (n=18例 )的 PCNA标记指数 (35 .83± 12 .2 3%)显著低于未行 TACE组 (n=47例 ,5 9.92± 2 3.5 7%) ,P<0 .0 5 ;前者的凋亡指数 (17.6 2± 6 .87%)显著高于后者 (9.76± 3.6 4%) ,P<0 .0 5。提示 TACE不仅能抑制肝细胞癌的细胞增殖 ,而且能够诱导细胞凋亡 ,这可能是其发挥作用的重要机制之一。To investigate the effcct of transcather arterial chemoembolization(TACE) on cell proliferation and cell apoptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) was detected by immunohistochemically in paraffinmbedded specimen of 65 HCCs, and a terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) method was used to detect cell apoptosis.Results:showed that PCNA labeling index was significantly lower in the group of HCCs who underwent TACE preoperatively(35.83±12.23%vs59.92±23.57%, P<0.05),cell apotosis index was significantly higher in the group of HCCs who underwent TACE preoperatively(17.62±6.87%vs9.76±3.64%, P<0.05). This suggests TACE can both inhibit cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis in patients with HCC.
