摘 要:提高素质是人才培养的基本要求,人文精神植入是素质教育的切入点,探析大学生的人文素养现状是时势所需。新型人才培养模式是指"2+2"人才培养模式。调查发现,大学生对其不甚了解,只是停留在"知道"或"听说过"的层面上,需要保证信息传播渠道更加畅通;大学生参加创新创业训练计划项目和社团活动的积极性很高,对于营建"人文校园""科技校园"具有促进作用,可以通过创新实践能力的培养来提升大学生的人文素养;大学生阅读中国经典和专业经典大有不足,学习中的迷茫状态常见,需要加强学习引导和专业教育,从而为提升大学生的人文素养打好基础。the quality improvement is the basic requirement of talent cultivation, humanistic spirit implantation is the starting point of quality education, and humanistic quality analysis on the current situation of college students is the need of the time. The new personnel training mode refers to "2+2 personnel training mode", and the survey finds that college students don't know much about it, just staying in the "knowing" or "hearing" level, which needs to ensure that the information dissemination channel is more unimpeded; college students actively participate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Project and community activities, for the construction of "Humanistic Campus" and "Science and Technology Campus" function too much, which can rely on the cultiva- tion of the ability of innovation and practice to improve college students' humanistic quality. The survey finds that college students' reading Chinese classics and professional classics are high inadequate, the learning is in a confused state, which needs to strengthen the learning guidance and professional education, so as to lay a good foundation to improve college students' humanistic quality.
