摘　　要：青年编辑不仅是学术期刊工作的生力军,而且是未来学术期刊工作的骨干和支柱。在人才竞争日益激烈的今天,高校学术期刊编辑部注重青年编辑的培养具有深远意义。结合本单位实践经验,探索了一条行之有效的高校学术期刊青年编辑培养途径,包括通过设立导师制,用政策制度来促进青年编辑的学习成长,以及在编辑部创设良好的学习氛围等。Young editor is the new force and the backbone of academic journals. In today＇s increasingl competition for talent, it is of far-reaching significance that university academic journal editorial department y fierce focuses on training young editors. In this paper, a valid path was provided through the establishment of a tutorial system and the policy environment to facilitate the growth of young editors and create a good learning environment in editorial department.
