摘　　要：多校区图书馆的业务协调是图书馆管理的中心工作之一,项目驱动是一种业务管理的方式之一,文章着重探讨以项目驱动为模式的多校区图书馆业务协调机制的可行性和作用。The coordination of multi-campus library businesses is one of the central tasks in the management of university library. Project-driven mode is one of the business management methods. Article mainly discusses the fea- sibility and the role of the project-driven coordination mechanism of multi-campus library businesses.
