摘　　要：目的：调查家属支持情况对精神病患者服药依从性和生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2013年6月因精神疾病入住本院，且经住院治疗已达到临床痊愈标准的出院精神病患者，按随机数字表法分为高支持家庭组（高支持组，112例）和低支持家庭组（低支持组，116例），且进行1年的随访，观察两组患者的治疗依从性和生活质量评分。生活质量采用健康调查简表进行分析。采用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果两组患者治疗依从性比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.523，P〈0.01）。高支持组总的健康状况、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康评分均高于低支持组（P〈0.05）。结论家庭支持程度高的患者治疗依从性和生活质量均显著提高。Objective To investigate influence of family support on medication compliance and living quality in patient with psychosis. Methods Patients suffered from psychosis admitted into our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 and discharged after treatment reaching the standard of clinical recovery were selected and divided into active family support group （active support group,n=112） and negative family support group （negative support group,n=116） according to random number table.After one-year followed up visit,treatment compliance and quality of life between two groups were observed.Quality of life was analyzed by health survey scale.Statistical analysis was performed using statistical SPSS 17.0. Results Treatment compliance between two groups was compared,with a statistical difference （χ2=10.523,P〈0.01）.In active support group,score of overall health status,physiological function,physiological role,body paln,vitality,so-cial function,emotion and mental health was higher than that in negative support group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion Patient’s treatment compliance and quality of life both significantly improve in active family support.
