青献春教授治疗慢性胃病的思路方法总结

摘　　要：慢性胃病为消化系统的常见疾病，临床上常见的慢性胃病有慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、胃十二指肠复合溃疡、胃息肉、胃下垂、胃肿瘤以及胃黏膜脱垂等，其中慢性胃炎在门诊患者胃镜检查占80%~90%，居各种胃病之首。慢性胃病的病程长，病种复杂，病情缠绵反复，临床治愈率低，复发率高，中医对慢性胃病的治疗优势明显。青献春教授行医40余载，对慢性胃病的治疗见解独特。本研究介绍了青献春教授对慢性胃病病因病机、治疗原则的认识，对其临证用药原则和常用具体方药进行总结，并依此浅析青献春教授治疗慢性胃病的思路方法。Chronic gastritis is a common disease in the digestive system,and the common chronic gastritis has chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer,duodenal ulcer,gastric and duodenal ulcer,gastric polyps,gastroptosis,stomach neoplasms and pro-lapse of gastric mucosa and so on in clinic,among them,chronic gastritis accounts for 80%-90% gastroscopy of patients in outpatient,and it ranks the first in various gastric diseases.Chronic gastropathy has long course of disease,and com-plex diseases with lingering illness repeatedly and lower the cure rate in clinic,and higher recurrence rate,the treatment advantage of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic gastropathy is obvioius.Professor Qing Xian-chun practised medicine for more than 40 years and has unique insights in the treatment of chronic gastropathy.This study introduces the understanding of professor Qing Xian-chun for the etiology and pathogenesis and principle of treatment,and the clinical medicine principles and common concrete prescription is summarized to conduct a brief analysis for ideas and methods for treating chronic gastropathy of professor Qing Xian-chun.
