摘 要:"服务学习"是一种把学术知识与社区服务合二为一的教育理念和教育方法,通过鼓励学生参与社会服务,积极总结反思,提高学业成绩和各种实践能力。高职院校人才培养方案融入"服务学习"理念,有利于促进高职学生知识、技能的获得及能力的提高,使其在关注社会和帮助他人的过程中成长为一个有社会责任感并有能力服务于社会的高技能、高素质人才。"Service learning", as an educational idea and method, combines both academic knowledge learning and community service. It can improve students' academic performance and practical abilities through encouraging students to participate in social services and make active reflection and summarization. Talents training program of higher vocational colleges melted into ser- vice-learning concept can benefit to boost knowledge and skills mastering and ability-raising of higher vocational students so as to help them grow into high-skilled and high-quality talents with social responsibility and ability to serve society during the process of being concerned with society and helping other people.
