摘　　要：目的：评价中药治疗颞颌关节骨关节病（TMJ）的疗效．方法：对32例颞颌关节骨关节病患者加服自拟的疏肝滋肾汤，三个疗程后进行疗效观察．结果：三个疗程后，疗效显著．经6个月～1年随访，中药疏肝滋肾汤治疗组，治疗总有效率94．4％，对照组总有效率72．2％，治疗组优于对照组，有显著差异（P＜0．05）．结论：中药自拟疏肝滋肾汤治疗颞颌关节骨关节病取得了良好的疗效．AIM：To evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating temporomandibular joint （TMJ）os-teoarthrosis.METHODS：32 patients with temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis administered Shugan Zishen Decoction orally, and curative effect was observed after three courses of treatment. RESULTS：After three courses,the curative effect was signifi-cant.In the follow-ups from 6 months to 1 year,the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.4%,while the control group was 72.2%,which shows the treatment group was better than the con-trol group.The difference was significant （P 〈0.05 ）.CON-CLUSION：Shugan Zishen Decoction has good curative effect in treating TMJ osteoarthrosis.
