食道癌放疗体位固定的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种不同体位固定技术在食道癌放疗中的摆位误差。方法:随机抽取50例进入研究的食道癌放疗的患者,随机分为A、B两组:A组25例为常规单纯使用真空袋固定法;B组25例使用头颈肩网膜下拉法与脚部"U"固定法相结合的固定方法。对两种不同标记的摆位精度进行比较。结果:两组三维误差的差异有统计学意义(t=3.78,P<0.05)。结论:头颈肩网膜下拉法与脚部"U"固定法相结合的摆位精度得到了明显的提高,推荐临床使用。Objective：To explore the setup errors of two different position fixing in radiotherapy of esophagus cancer.Method：50 cases of esophagus cancer patients with radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,group A 25 cases use a simple vacuum pad fixing technology,25 cases of group B use Head-neck-shoulder omentum droping Combined with the foot ＂U＂ fixed method,The setup accuracy of marked method of two groups were compared. Result：The differences on Three-dimensional setup errors were significantly（t=3.78,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The positioning accuracy of Head-neck-shoulder omentum droping combined with the foot＂U＂fixed method in treatment of esophagus cancer is significantly improved and recommended for clinical use.
