参芪扶正注射液对非小细胞肺癌NP方案化疗减毒作用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对非小细胞肺癌顺铂方案(NP方案)化疗的减毒效果。方法非小细胞肺癌患者46例,依据治疗措施不同进行临床分组,A组(单纯化疗组)12例和B组(参芪扶正注射液联合化疗组)34例。比较两组生活质量评分及不良反应。结果 B组非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量评分均优于A组,B组非小细胞肺癌患者消化道反应和骨髓抑制均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液对非小细胞肺癌NP方案化疗减毒具有明显的效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate Shenqifuzheng injection in attenuation for cisplatin regimen （NP regimen） chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 46 non-small cell lung cancer patients were divided by different treatment measures into group A （single chemotherapy group） with 12 cases and group B （Shenqifnzheng injection combined with chemotherapy group） with 34 cases. Their quality of life scores and adverse reactions were compared. Results Group B had better quality of life score, gastrointestinal reaction, and myelosuppression than group A, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection provide remarkable attenuation effect for NP regimen chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
