5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法与微波治疗面部扁平疣临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的评价5-氨基酮戊酸(5-ALA)光动力治疗面部扁平疣的疗效。方法 98例扁平疣患者随机分为二组,治疗组48例采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,1次∕周,共3次;对照组50例给予微波治疗。疗程结束后判定疗效并随访半年。结果 48例治疗组患者在临床痊愈率及有效率上均较对照组差异有统计学意义。不良反应为轻微的红斑及疼痛,色素沉着。这些不良反应逐均可消失。随访6个月治疗组未见复发,50例对照组患者复发率50%。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗扁平疣安全性高,疗效肯定。Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of 5 - aminolevulinic acid- photodynamic therapy in the treatment of facial plat warts.Methods Totally 98 patients with facial plat warts were divided into two groups.The treatment group included 48 patients,were treated with photodynamic therapy,once per week,total 3 times.The control group included 50 patients,were treated with microwave therapy.The clinical effect assessment was carried out after therapy and in 6 months.Results The curative ratio and the effective rate in the treatment group were obvious higher than the control group,with statistics difference. Slight erythema,ache and pigmentation occurred in therapy could disappeared with time.Recurrence rate after 6 months in the treatment group was 0,and in the control group was 50%.Conclusion The method of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of facial plat warts is effective and safe.
