摘　　要：本文设计了一种基于Lab VIEW与单片机的用于生物检测的光学检测平台。主要介绍了平台系统的电路和软件组成。电路部分包括光源驱动电路、光电检测电路、电机驱动电路以及单片机外围电路。软件部分介绍了单片机控制程序与PC机Lab VIEW程序。本光学检测平台能够应用于多种实验,具备极高的柔性,具有较高的实用价值。This paper designs a kind of optical detection platform for PCR detection based on LabVIEW and MCU. Most of the content focuses on the electronic circuits and the software components of the platform system. The electronics circuits portion includes laser driving circuits, photoelectric detection circuits, the motor driving circuits and the peripheral circuits of the microcontroller. The software portion describes the MCU control program and LabVIEW program. The optical detection platform can be used in a variety of experiments, with high flexibility andpractical value.
