摘　　要：介绍了圆弧端齿在低地板车辆传动装置中的应用,介绍了圆弧端齿的特点和主要齿形参数的设计,对圆弧端齿啮合受力状况进行分析。在ANSYS软件中建立圆弧端齿的有限元模型,在启动和极限工况下,对圆弧端齿的应力进行计算和分析。This paper presents the application of curvic couplings on low - floor vehicle transmission, analysis the characters and geometrical parameters of curvic couplings, analysis the force state when meshing. Build a finite element model of curvic cou plings, under starting and short circuit conditions, take calculation and analysis on Von -Mises press and contact stress.
