地方高校基层服务型党组织建设路径研究

摘　　要：加强高校基层服务型党组织建设是全面贯彻党的教育方针,促进学校转型发展的现实需要,也是践行党的宗旨的内在要求。当前地方高校基层服务型党组织建设中存在服务意识淡化、服务能力弱化、服务机制虚化、资源保障软化等问题,要着力强化服务理念、夯实服务基础,健全服务机制,创新服务载体,积极探索地方高校基层服务型党组织建设的途径与方法。Strengthening the construction of service-oriented party organization at the basic level of local colleges is the re- quirement for the overall implementation of the Party＇ s educational policies and transformational development of higher educational institutions. It is also the internal need of practicing the Party＇ s principles. There exist problems such as weak service awareness, ability, and systems as well as insufficient resource guarantee. We need to strengthen the service philosophy, lay a solid service foundation, improve the service mechanism, innovate service carriers, and actively explore the construction approach and methods of service-oriented party organization at the basic level of local colleges.
