摘  要:目的建立柑皮和陈皮挥发油的GC-MS指纹图谱,从整体角度对比分析挥发油的化学组成和相对含量的变化。方法采用GC-MS法,结合中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件2004A版,分别建立12批次柑皮和12批次陈皮的挥发油指纹图谱,并进行数据分析。结果柑皮鉴定出24个共有峰,陈皮鉴定出25个共有峰,两者的差别在于柑皮含有香茅醛而陈皮没有,陈皮含有对-薄荷三烯、顺式-对-薄荷-2,8-二烯醇而柑皮没有,陈皮中顺式-香芹醇、反式-香芹醇和香芹酮的相对含量远高于柑皮;广陈皮挥发油中的主要成分有柠檬烯、萜品烯、2-甲氨基-苯甲酸甲酯和正十六酸,柠檬烯含量最大。结论香茅醛、对-薄荷三烯和顺式-对-薄荷-2,8-二烯醇可作为鉴别三年广陈皮的标准参考。Objective To establish the GC -MS fingerprints of volatile oil in Citrus reticulata Chachi'stored less than 3 years and more than 3 years, and to capture the whole scope of the chemical compositions changing. Methods After determined by GC - MS, all the samples were established fingerprints respectively by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM (2004A edition). Results Citrus reticulata "Chachi" stored less than 3 years were identified 24 common peaks and ones more than 3 years 25. The difference was that Citrus reticulata "Chachi'stored less than 3 years had citronellal rather than 1,3,8 - p - Menthatriene and p- Mentha- 2,8 -dieno, contrary to ones more than 3 years, trans -Carveol ,cis -Carveol and Carvone in Citrus reticulata Chachi" stored more than 3 years were more. The bases of Citrus retieulata "Chachi ~vere Limonene, Terpinene, 2 - ( meth- ylamino) benzoate, n - Hexadecanoic acid. Conclusion Citronella1,1,3,8 - p - Menthatriene and p - Mentha - 2,8 - dieno could be standards to identified the Citrus reticulata "Chachi" stored in 3 years.
