摘 要:盘式无铁心永磁同步电机具有过载能力强、无定子齿槽、反电势为正弦波等优点,但是由于电机具有绕组电感很小的特点,采用传统电压型逆变器驱动方式的控制效果并不理想。该文针对此类电机的特点,提出了一种新型的控制策略:在逆变桥前端加入电流型斩波电路,根据角度传感器反馈的转子角度值,结合提出的电流控制算法来实时调整定子绕组电流,从而实现电机的转矩控制。并对其工作原理进行了系统的理论分析。仿真和实验结果证实了控制方法的有效性,解决了因电枢电感小而导致定子电流不连续的问题。The disc coreless permanent magnet synchronous motor is able to deliver strong overload ability, zero cogging torque, the sinusoidal distribution of flux density, the small armature reaction and the linear parameters etc. But for the coreless structure, the motors tend to have low inductance. As a result, the motor winding current experiences very high ripple current and the large motor torque ripple if driven from conventional drivers with the pulse width modulation (PWM) control based on voltage source inverter(VSI). To solve this problem, a novel automatic control method based on a current chopper converter has been proposed. The current was regulated by the proposed current control algorithm according to the value of the angle of the rotor angle sensor feedback, and the torque has been controlled. The problem of discontinuous currents caused by the low inductance has been solved by the control strategy proposed in this paper. The operating principle of the system has been analyzed. Simulation and experimental results confirm the validity of the proposed control method.
