摘　　要：建立了乳制品中左旋咪唑的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品经前处理后,以磷酸二氢钠水溶液—甲醇溶液为流动相,C18反相色谱柱分离,紫外检测器214nm检测。结果表明,在0.2~100mg/kg范围内,该方法呈良好的线性关系,且回收率为84%~107%。本方法用于乳制品中左旋咪唑的测定,操作简单,定量准确,重复性好。A method for detecting of levamisole in dairy products by HPLC is described. The pre-treatment samples separated on C18 column with the mobile phase （phosphate buffer-methanol solution）, then detected with UV detector at 214 nm. The result showed that method has good linearity relationship in the range of 0.02-100mg/kg, high recovery rate at 84%~ 107%, This method is simple, accurate and good reproducibility.
