摘　　要：大学学术委员会是体现和发挥学术权力的一种制度化的组织形式,是平衡学术权力与行政权力的重要组织载体。自治是大学学术委员会制度建设的根基,共治是大学学术委员会制度建设的关键,法治是大学学术委员会制度建设的保障。自治、共治和法治是大学学术委员会制度建设的三个核心环节,彼此环环相扣,任何一个环节的失败都必然会导致整个学术委员会制度建设实践的失败。解决大学学术委员会制度建设的任何理论与实践问题都必须沿着这三个环节进行,也只有解决了这三个环节中的相关问题,大学学术委员会制度建设才能形成一个整体,才能发挥应有作用和功能。Academic committee of university is an institutional form which demonstrates academic power. It is an important organi- zational cartier to balance academic power and administrative power. In the construction of university academic committee, autonomy is the foundation, co - governance the key, and the rule of law the security. They are three core parts linking with each another, and any failure of them will inevitably leads to the failure of the whole construction. We should follow the path of the three links to solve the the- oretical and practical problems in this construction. The solution of the related problems in the three links could help to improve the construction of university academic committee.
