摘　　要：青年教师素养是教育管理创新的关键环节。从青年教师出发,剖析青年教师对教育管理的重要影响以及所发挥的积极作用,并从教育管理的细节出发,细究课堂管理和环境管理中青年教师的素养体现。青年教师素养的提升不仅有助于实现青年教师的自我价值,还有助于教育管理的可持续发展。The quality of young teachers is a crucial part of education management innovation. From the perspective of young teachers, this paper analyzed their vital influence and positive effect in education management. In the details of education management, the manifestation of young teachers quality was also analyzed both in class and environment management. The quality improvement of young teachers not only helps fulfill their values, but also contributes to the sustainable development of education management.
