摘  要:目的:探讨白藜芦醇在保护少弱精子体外优化过程氧化应激损伤的作用。方法:WHO标准选取51份少弱精子液化后混匀分为3组各500ml,空白对照组仅加入EBSS液100ml不离心,离心对照组加入EBSS液100ml并离心,白藜芦醇离心组加入白藜芦醇EBSS溶液100ml并离心。分别检测各组活性氧(ROS)及丙二醛(MDA)浓度,进行比较。结果:离心对照组与空白对照ROS、MDA水平比较明显增高,有统计学意义( P<0.05,P<0.05);白藜芦醇离心组与离心对照组ROS、MDA水平比较明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:在少弱精子优选离心前添加一定浓度的白藜芦醇减少优选过程中产生的过量活性氧对精子的氧化应激性损伤,从而提高精子质量。Objective:To study the protection role of resveratrol for oligo-asthenic sperms( OAS) duing in-vitro process of ptimiza-tion Methods:According to the WHO standard,51 OSA sample were selected.The sample were divided into 3 group, with 500ml in each group.control group which was only pured EBSS ,centrifugal control group ,centrifugal and resveratrol group .Each treated sperm Was detected with reactive oxygen species( ROS) and malondialdehyde( MDA) concentration.Then we did the analysis of variance of random-ized block design and multiple comparison.This research Was be divided for oligoasthenozoospermia sperm part and normal sperm part. Results:In oligo-asthenic sperms, ROS and MDA levels of centrifugal control group were significantly increased than control group;in oligo-asthenic sperms, ROS and MDA levels of centrifugal and resveratrol group were significantly lower than centrifugal control group . Conclusion:During the centrifugal process, adding resveratrol in vitro could reduce the peroxidative damage of oligoasthenozoospermia sperm .
