奥氮平与奋乃静治疗脑器质性精神障碍对比研究

摘　　要：目的：观察奥氮平与奋乃静治疗脑器质性精神障碍的疗效及不良反应比较。方法：选择110例脑器质性精神障碍患者，随机分为对照组（奋乃静组）和观察组（奥氮平组）2组，对照组57例，给予奋乃静治疗，观察组53例，给予奥氮平治疗。结果：2组PANSS、阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分治疗后与治疗前比较，均显著下降（P＜0．05），治疗后与对照组比较，观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）；2组总有效率比较，观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）；2组不良反应比较，观察组明显少于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：奥氮平治疗脑血管病所致精神障碍有良好的疗效，不良反应发生率较低，程度较轻微，安全，耐受性好。Objective：To observe and compare the effect and adverse reaction of olanzapine and perphenazine in the treatment of brain organic mental disorder.Methods：110 cases of mental disorderscaused by organic braln patients, were randomly divided into control group （ Fen Naljing group） and observation group（ olanzapine group） two groups,The control group of 57 cases were given treatment with perphenazine,The observation group of 53cases were given olanzapine treatment.Results：Comparison of two groups of PANSS, positive symptoms, negativesymptoms score before and after treatment,were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）,After treatment,compared with control group, the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0.05）;The total efficiency of two groups, the observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）;Adverse reactions of two groups, the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Olanzapine in the treatment of braln organic mental disorder should have good curative effect, while the incidence of adverse reactions might be low, to a lesser extent, safe and well tolerated.
