摘 要:香樟是主产我国的珍贵材用和经济树种,是一种集材用、药用、香精、香料、油用、园林等于一体的多用途林木资源。然而,其遗传改良工程极为缓慢,严重阻碍了其推广应用。分子生物学技术的迅速发展为香樟的育种工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。从分子标记在香樟中的应用、基因的分离和克隆、基因工程等方面对当前香樟的分子生物学研究进展进行综述,并就亟需解决的问题和应用前景进行讨论。Cinnamomum camphora is a valuable timber and economic tree and mainly distributed in southeastern China. It's used in many aspects including timber, officinal, essence, spice, oil and ornamental et al. However,its popularization and application are hindered severely by its slowly genetic improvement. In this paper, we reviewed molecular biology applied to many aspects of C. camphora including the molecular marker application, gene isolation and clone and genetic engineering. Moreover, the existing problems and the perspective of applications of molecular biotechnology to C. cam- phora were also discussed.
