摘 要:利用小波分析所具有的时频特性特点,针对涡扇发动机起动过程存在的压力脉动异常现象,获取信号随转速变化的频谱图。重点介绍了发动机脉动频率分析方法,并结合试验测点布局,根据不同脉动的频率特点,对其脉动成分进行分解,分析出脉动频率产生的原因,为发动机起动问题的解决提供支持。研究结果表明:利用小波分析进行发动机起动过程的脉动异常研究,形象、直观,具有一定的工程应用价值。Because of the instability of start-up signals, traditional signal processing methods such as FFT can’t be used. In this paper, the wavelet method was used for the data processing because of its time-fre?quency characteristics. According to the characteristics of engine start-up, the spectrum pressure signals were obtained. Combined with measuring point placements and the characteristics of each frequency, the pulsation was decomposed with wavelet analysis method to find out the causes generating the frequency. The study provided a support to solve the problems on engine start-up. The results show that the wavelet method is suitable for engine start-up signal analysis, which has good effects in engineering application.
