摘  要:目的研究大蒜素短期治疗对细菌感染所致呼吸机相关性肺炎患者血炎性指标的影响。方法选取2011年1月至2014年12月收入重症监护病房且符合呼吸机相关性肺炎诊断标准的92例患者(均为细菌感染所致)为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(42例)和对照组(50例)。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用抗生素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用大蒜素治疗;疗程14d。检测并比较治疗前后两组患者血白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果治疗前两组患者的血WBC、CRP及PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,血WBC水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而血CRP和PCT差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大蒜素短期治疗细菌感染所致的呼吸机相关性肺炎可以显著降低血炎性指标,且未见不良反应。Objective To explore the influences of the short-term treatment with allicin on blood inflammatory factors in patients with bacterial infection, ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods Total 92 patients with bacterial infection ventilator-associated pneumonia, were treated in ICU from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2014, were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with antibiotics on the basis of conventional therapy, while the study group was given allicin for 14 days on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Then the blood levels of leukocyte count,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin were tested and compared before and after the treatment. Results There were no signifificant differences between two groups in leukocyte count,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin (P〉0.05) ,meanwhile there were statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment in C- reactive protein and procalcitonin (P〈0.05). Conclusion The study suggests that the short-term treatment with allicin can reduce blood inflammatory factors in patients with bacterial infection ventilator-associated pneumonia,and could achieve good results.
