对基层医院门诊护士开展突发事件实战演练的实践

摘　　要：目的通过实施突发事件实战演练,提高门诊护士应对意外事件的应急能力。方法制定突发事件应急预案,配备完善的急救物资,加强人员培训,科学设计演练方案,周密组织现场实景演练活动,演练结束后进行分析总结,每年进行突发事件实战演练2次。结果2012年7月至2014年12月,门诊患者发生突发意外事件45例次,均由护士率先启动突发事件应急预案进行救治,抢救成功率达到97.78%;医生对护士的满意率由2012年的89.17%提高至2014年的98.33%;患者的满意率由2012年的90.00%提高至2014年的97.50%,2年来无一例因护理引起的投诉纠纷。2012年、2013年及2014年的门诊护士的急救技能成绩分别为(82.0±2.15)、(90.13±5.74)、(94.69±1.62)分。结论突发事件实战演练提高了门诊护士的急救技能水平,提高了患者的满意度,促进医护密切配合,提高了抢救成功率;能够有效加强门诊安全管理,提供满意服务。Objective To improve clinic nurses′response to emergency events through emergency drills.Methods Contingency plans were made,first-aid materials were well-prepared and emergency drills were well-designed.The emergency drills were conducted twice every year and analysis was made after the drills were finished.Results It turned out that the success rate of rescue was97.78%in all the 45 emergency cases from July,2012 to December,2014,which were all initiated by nurses according to the emergency action plan.Doctors′satisfaction wtih nurses increased from 89.17%in 2012 to 98.33%in 2014,and patients′satisfaction with nurses improved from 90.00%to 97.50% during the same period of time.There was no nursing related complaint during the latest two years.The scores of clinic nurses′rescue skill rose from（82.0±2.15）in 2012,to（90.13±5.74）in 2013 and further to（94.69±1.62）in 2014.Conclusion The emergency drills has improved nurses′rescue skills,promoted patients′satisfaction,and strengthened the cooperation between doctors and nurses,leading to higher rescue rate.It also benefits the safety management of clinics and satisfactory service can be provided.
