摘　　要：近年来S100家族成员之一S100P在人类多种恶性肿瘤中的异常表达受到日益关注,其可能参与肿瘤细胞异常增殖、癌变、促进肿瘤浸润转移,与肿瘤分期及预后,乃至化疗药物耐药有关。本文就近几年关于S100P与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展做一综述。In recent years, the abnormal expression of S100P---a member of the S100 family in many human malignant tumors received increasing attention. It may be involved in the abnormal proliferation of tumor cells, canceration, promoting tumor invasion and metastasis. It is associated with tumor staging and prognosis, as well as chemotherapy resistance. In this paper, the research progress on relationship between S100P and malignant tumors are reviewed in the nearest few years.
