摘  要:目的:研究高压氧对脑梗死后患者微循环、红细胞变形及TCD改变的影响。方法:随机选取2013年本院收治的脑梗死患者60例,依据治疗方法将患者分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。给予对照组患者单纯药物治疗,给予研究组患者药物治疗联合高压氧治疗。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者的球结膜微循环总积分较高(P<0.05),患侧ACA、MCA、BA均较低(P<0.05),ESS评分较低(P<0.05),Barthel指数较高(P<0.05),治疗总有效率为96.7%(29/30)显著高于对照组的53.3%(16/30)(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧对脑梗死后患者微循环、红细胞变形及TCD改变具有一定的影响,但其联合药物治疗能够有效改善患者的神经功能缺损,提高患者的日常生活活动能力,疗效显著。Objective: To study the influence of hyperbaric oxygen on microcirculation, erythrocyte deformation and TCD changes after cerebral of hyperbaric oxygen.Method: 60 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected randomly, they were divided into study group ( n=30 ) and control group ( n=30 ) according to the treatment methods.The control group were given drug therapy alone, while the study group were given medication therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Result: Compared with the control group, the total conjunctival microcirculation integration of the study group was significantly higher ( P〈0.05 ), the ipsilateral ACA, MCA, BA were significantly lower ( P〈0.05 ), the ESS score was significantly lower ( P〈0.05 ), the Barthel index was significantly higher ( P〈0.05 ), the total treatment efficiency 96.7% ( 29/30 ) was significantly higher than the control group 53.3% ( 16/30 ) ( P 〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen has some impacts on microcirculation, erythrocyte deformation and TCD changes after cerebral, but it combined with medication therapy can improve the patients' neurological deficit, improve the activities of daily living, has a significant effect.
