摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺X线图像表现类型与月经史的关系。材料与方法:分析经GE Senographe DMR+钼铑双靶乳腺对201例女性双侧乳腺X线图像类型及临床相关资料。结果:共201例研究对象,其中脂肪型乳腺58例,占总研究对象的28.86%;少量实质型乳腺47例,占总研究对象的23.38%;多量实质型乳腺51例,占总研究对象的25.37%;致密型乳腺45例,占总研究对象的22.39%。初潮年龄≤14岁组与>14岁组相比,乳腺X线图像类型存在差异,χ2=8.090,P<0.044;绝经状况分为未绝经组、已绝经组,乳腺X线图像类型存在差异,χ2=49.787,P<0.000。结论:初潮年龄早、绝经前的女性,乳腺腺体含量多,乳腺密度高。Purpose： To explore the relationship between mammography types and menstrualhistory. Materials and Methods： Analysis of the GE Senographe DMR ＋ molybdenum rhodium double target of breast in 201 cases of female bilateral mammography types and the relevant clinical data. Results： A total of 201 subjects, including 58 cases of fat breast, accounting for the totalobject of study in 28.86% ; a small amount of substance of breast in 47 cases, accounting for the total object of study in 23.38% ; much essence breast in 51 cases, accounting for the total object of study in 25. 37% ; 45 patients with dense breast, accounting for the total study 22. 39%. Menarche age ≤ 14 years oldgroup compared with the more than 14 year old group, mammography types difference, X^2 = 8. 090, P 〈 O. 044; menopausal status is divided into non menopause group, postmenopausal group, mammography types difference, X^2 = 49. 787, P 〈 O. 000. Conclusion ： Mammog- raphy types and age of menarche and menopause related.
