结肠癌多层螺旋CT诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三期动态增强扫描及后处理技术在结肠癌诊断及术前分期中的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析2008年5月至2013年12月对56例经手术病理证实的结肠癌影像学资料,与手术病理结果进行对比分析。结果:MSCT在结肠癌的定位准确率为100%,T分期的总的准确率为85.7%[(11+34+3)/(13+36+7)];N分期的总的准确率为83.9%[(30+9+8)/(32+13+11)];M分期准确率为100%。结论:多层螺旋CT在结肠癌的诊治中有较大的临床应用价值,并能很好地指导临床治疗方案的制定。Purpose： to evaluate multislice CT （MSCT） three phase dynamic enhanced scan and post-processing techniques in application value in diagnosis and preoperative staging of colon cancer. Materials and Methods： a retrospective analysis in May 2008 to December 2013, 56 cases of colon cancer, which was confirmed by surgery pathology image information, and surgical pathologic results were analyzed. The location accuracy. Results： MSCT in colon cancer was 100%, the T stage of the overall accuracy of 85.7% [ （ 11 ＋ 34 ＋ 3 ）/（ 13 ＋ 36 ＋ 7 ） ] ; N staging of the overall accuracy of 83.9% [ （30 ＋9 ＋8）/（32 ＋ 13 ＋ 11 ） ] ; M staging accuracy was 100%. Conclusion： muhislice CT in the diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer has great clinical application value, and can guide the clinical treatment.
