利胆排石汤联合西药治疗胆结石随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察利胆排石汤联合西药治疗胆结石疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。常规综合治疗,补液、进食护理、服用广谱抗生素等,同时解痉、保肝等治疗。对照组40例消炎利胆片,1.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组40例利胆排石汤(栀子6g,金钱草30g,茵陈15g,柴胡10g,海金沙30g,木香、郁金、鸡内金、大黄、虎杖各10g,黄芩6g,芒硝5g;肝胆湿热将栀子、茵陈加倍;肝郁脾虚加白术、党参、茯苓);1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、结石体积、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效12例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%。对照组显效12例,有效15例,无效13例,总有效率67.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]利胆排石汤联合西药治疗胆结石疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the gallbladder row of stone soup combined with Western medicine treatment of gallstones efficacy. [Methods]Method using parallel-group randomized, 80 outpatients by a coin toss method is simple randomized into two groups. Routine treatment, rehydration, feeding care, taking broad- spectrum antibiotics, while antispasmodic, liver and other treatment. Group Xiaoyanlidan tablets, 1.5g / time, 3 times / d. Pai treated gallbladder stone soup （Zhizi 6g, Jinqiancao 30g, Yinchen 15g, Chaihu 10g, Haijinsha 30g, Muxiang,Yujin,Jineijin,Dahuang,Huzhang 10g, Huangqi 6g, Mangxiao 5g; Hepatobiliary heat will Zhizi,Yinchen doubled; liver spleen plus Baizhu,Dangshen,Fuling）; 1 / d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later orally. 30d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, imaging studies, stone size, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 23 cases, effective in 12 cases, 5 cases, the total efficiency of 87.50%. Cured 12 cases in the control group, effective in 15 cases, 13 cases, the total efficiency of 67.50%. Treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Gallbladder row of stone soup combined with Western medicine treatment of gallstones results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
