摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展,人类社会开始进入了网络化时代。信息技术在政治、经济和社会发展等各个领域都产生了重要影响,也对人类的学习方式产生了重要影响。本文结合学习型组织的特征,构建了e-Learning环境下建设学习型组织构建的五大支柱,并以马克思主义学习型党组织建设为个案,描述了信息时代的学习型组织建设的具体路径。With the increasing development and widely extensive of information technology, human society entered the era of information technology and network. Information technology has significant impact on current politics, economic and social development, and it also has important influence on human learning styles. Making full use of modem information technology to promote grassroots construction of learning party organization especially the construction of rural basic level party organization is the basic project of learning party organization. Binding the features of the learning type organization, building five pillars of constructing learning organization construction under the e-Learning environment, and using the Marxism learning party building as a case study,this paper describes the specific path of the construction of learning type organization under the conditions of the network technology.
